What does it mean to be a

Sevenoaks Lion

Sevenoaks Lions Club is here to support people and charities in our community. We are a group of 20 members who raise and spend about £50,000 each year on good causes in and around Sevenoaks.

We aim to supply much needed items directly to those in need, or make donations to small local charities who don’t have the capacity to raise funds for themselves or specific charitable projects.

Our club also aims to have a good social calendar of events in usual times and many strong friendships have developed as a result of the spirit of the club.

Getting Involved

Social Events
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy! So in addition to supporting the local community, our Club likes to get together for social activities.
Fund Raising
The Fund Raising committee meets once a month to organise the events we run through the year. These include our Beer Festival and Heavy Horse Show.
Volunteering
Getting involved couldn’t be easier. Volunteering at one of the Sevenoaks Lions events is a fun and rewarding way to give back to the community.
